The local area
Thame is an award-winning historic market town that has a thriving individual character with a vibrant town centre and local theatre and cinema. Traditions are important here, the town was granted a market charter in 1215 and the Tuesday Market has been held every week since! A local produce market is also held on the second Tuesday of each month. Outside of town, the Chiltern Hills is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty so you can get out into nature after you dine with us. Further afield, Oxford is a hotbed of culture, shopping and history just waiting to be explored.
